Voter records of approximately 14.8 million Texas residents has been discovered on the Internet by twitter user @s7nsins aka Flash Gordon.  The file exposes the equivalent of 77% of the 19.3 million registered Texan voters.  The file has apparently originated from the GOP Data Trust with an assumption posted at https://twitter.com/VickerySec/status/1032744727257395201  that it was in an unsecure Amazon S3 bucket.
