Arkansas State University breach

This past Wednesday, a database used by the Arkansas State University's College of Education and Behavioral Science's Childhood Services confirmed unauthorized acArkansas State University logocess to its Traveling Arkansas Professional Pathways (TAPP) Registry database.  The Pathways Registry tracks the grant funded early childhood practitioner training including more than 6,000 annual workshops.  Data exposed by the breach may include partial and full Social Security Numbers over approximately 50,000 persons with most being 4 or 5 digits.

The TAPP registry is data is slated in July to be managed on servers managed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

The university has established a toll-free number, 1 (855) 363-1011, for those potentially affected to call with questions. The number will be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
